Stability Exercises
Every day our bodies are subjected to either "macro trauma," like injuries, accidents, and/or "micro trauma," such as sitting, standing, typing, talking on the phone, etc. These all make potentially permanent and progressive changes to our bodies shape and functionality. Corrective exercises help not only reverse this damage, but they can also prevent future damage, disease, and injury.
